What was the best part about using RingCentral Office?

RingCentral is providing the best ever services to its customers. The most I like in it is that inbuilt facility for toll-free numbers for all service providers and answering rules and automatics music on hold. The voice mail option on mobile phones is one of the unique features. Really good software.

What would you change about your experience with RingCentral Office?

I don’t have anything to say which I do not like about RingCentral but still there are so many features in that sometimes it becomes difficult to decide that which one to use which to not use. That’s why if there as categorisation of as per the customer needs would be better as would be easy for the customer to decide on the package fast.

Overall Feedback

RingCentral is the best in its class. I as a user, am able to use only one device while being able to access multiple tools. The best feature that I can disclose is that I can do all this by just using one device "My Phone". My phone system seamlessly integrates with my DropBox and SalesForce Dot Com, which I use almost all the time. While using RingCentral I am able to include meetings while not being physically present, (over the phone). I take advantage of this by conducting online meetings and do team collaboration at any time and at any place as long as I have mobile connectivity.
