What was the best part about using RingCentral Office?

I want their service because it is reliable. I can use it if I’m going out for a moment, and don’t have time to answer to calls. The intercom and transfer feature is really great I can transfer the calls and give hint to my mates before they transfer the clients call.

What would you change about your experience with RingCentral Office?

What I encounter while using it, sometimes there’s a bug if I join in a schedule meeting by others from the given link. The support says the problem is from my browser. But my browser is stable and my mates are using the same browser as mine. Aside from that don’t encounter issues now.

Overall Feedback

RingCentral is reliable and flexible; it offers many features to help the user experience the work with ease. The features like business SMS, Voice mail, call management and others will help us to answer call and react faster to the clients just using our own mobile phone with the identity of the company.
