What was the best part about using RingCentral Office?

I have to appreciate RingCentral's usability and functionality even after a certain meeting has begun. The User interface is very intuitive. Not only it allows great administrative control and supports multiple users, it goes well with cameras and speakers. Screen-sharing option is also very user-friendly. Certainly much more recommended than programs such as Skype.

What would you change about your experience with RingCentral Office?

There are some occasional call quality issues, but that is to be expected with everything that is network based. There are also some basic features missing, such as: call pickup, caller ID isn't preserved when transferring a call and so on. Some facets about RingCentral are not user-friendly - the difference betwen "RingCentral for WIndows" and "RingCentral Meetings" is unnecesary. Also, the website itself is a bit complicated to use and you tend to forget where things are and how to do things, but once you get the hang of it, it's ok

Overall Feedback

If you are a small business (or even a large business) and need a way to route phones to different people or different phone numbers - Ring Central is it. Have a rock solid network, enable QOS if possible, ability to maintain your own firewall is a huge plus. Explore the different services RingCentral offers.
