RingCentral Office

RingCentral is a popular communication software as a service which allows you to meet with anyone in number of different ways like by phone, text, webinar and fax. It enables you to utilize it all from the cloud which makes it very adaptable and accessible to use from any device with an internet connection. It works with tablets, smartphones, desk phones, voip phones and they have several integrations which seamlessly connect like Office 365, Dropbox, Google, Box, Outlook and Zendesk which is outstanding. This platform has come a long way since I was a paid subscriber a few years ago. I was just doing my research into the market and was curious as to how they have evolved as a company. I find that to be a very interesting indicator as to the commitment level to evolve their product with a priority on creating an ever better experience for end users. Some softwares seem stuck in the early stages of the internet. In terms of design, functionality and extensibility. RingCentral seems to be adapting to meet their customers demands. And their competitors as well. While maintaining a comprehensive suite of various communication tools which may be used in specialized niche markets such as fax. I found my experience with their user interface to be intuitive and easy to use in the past. Judging by thing now it's even better with more features. Being based in the cloud allows you to grow with the success of your business as cost efficiently as possible which is why RingCentral has a lot of big businesses currently onboard their services. Which is a testament to their growth, infrastructure and end user technology. This platform has a lot of features and functionality but is very easy to use. The time investment required when bringing your new reps onboard is minimal. You can learn a lot on your own just by playing around in your account. There are useful resources and documents available by the company to help you take this minimal curve even quicker. The online cloud digital file storage integrations are cool. I like that they have three of the big ones I use including Google Drive, Box and Dropbox. This enables you to share files from your account with other on your team as well. Scripts, slide decks and other marketing materials in general available in a couple clicks which is always good. The Office 365 is the best integration in my opinion although there are some other good ones. It's great the calling is unlimited in terms of minutes and faxing as well although that's applicable to my business at this point. If you're apply the technology daily in a sales funnel your going to have a great return on investment by using RingCentral.

I wish there were more customer relationship management softwares natively integrated into RingCentral. There is currently Oracle sales cloud and SalesForce which is great if you're using them, and Office 365 if you're with the ability to use spreadsheets to organize your contact which is better than no online system at all, and better than any manual system in terms of saving time. I'd like to see an electronic signature integration in your back-end. It would be cool to see RingCentral integrated with Slack for example, in order to have a cool internal communication tool, or Mention in order to track social media channels and follow up with these prospects. I also wish the call recording was included in the basic plan.

Overall, RingCentral is a powerful, cost effective solution which offers immense value for your business. Your savings are huge considering you don't have to invest in old PBX technology or other call center software. Plus you can use other means of communication now with RingCentral like text or online meeting. I've been interviewed for a job and had subsequent job related meetings hosted by the RingCentral web conference software and it worked great. Even the wireless connection my boss had at the time from his hotel streamed well. There's also no maintenance costs because they take care of all your maintenance and upgrades too which is amazing relative to the amount of work and cost this used to be. There's also no setup fees or support costs nor any cost for onboarding. There may be other services with more advanced call routing features or is cheaper per voip number. But this system has a lot integrated and has value in the comprehensive yet easy to use suite of tools it offer plus you can get started very quickly. I highly recommend them.
