What was the best part about using RingCentral Office?

RingCentral seems to have a lot of nicely implemented features that are easy to use and useful, most of the time. Being able to record your calls is one of the features that are not present in a lot of other, competing software, as well as some other great features. The call and video quality are very high and the calls are not dropped often. The UI is nice, if a little bit outdated here and there.

What would you change about your experience with RingCentral Office?

The main bad thing about the CallCentral is the price. For an individual, it is very high, much higher than the competition and that can turn some people away from it regardless of the quality. For offices with a few people, it is more reasonable and acceptable, but not by a lot. Basically, the more people you have, the better it is, but if you're just starting out and you're one man team or, possibly a few people, it is just too expensive. And while the crashes don't happen too often, they do sometimes happen and that can be very annoying at times. That is mostly it for the bad things.

Overall Feedback

If you are a big office, this is a great piece of software with a lot of great and amazing features that can be very useful to you, but if you are just starting out as an individual or a few people at most, then it's just not worth the price it is asking for. It is up to you, of course and if you don't think the price is too high, feel free to purchase it for yourself, as it is indeed a great product, but my recommendation is that you don't get it unless you have a lot of people you work with and need something like this. Maybe use Skype until then, instead.
