This software is ideal for those companies who want to maximize efficiency in the accounting department. It allows users to create and sign forms, select documents from their computer or various apps such as Google Docs, Freshbooks and Salesforce easily and from one centralized dashboard. You can assign fields for signatures and other options like CC super quickly. Notifications work well in the software. I was able to login and send a document for signing and receive it in another email account within five minutes. It's easy to sign the document when you click on it in your email it leads you through a signature process and is done in seconds. You can sign documents or contracts using your Blackberry, iPhone or iPad too which is great. The document looks like it has a wet signature once completed and is a legally binding document admissible in a court of law. And is archived in your account for easy access anytime. The user interface is not the most intuitive in the electronic signature software market. But it's pretty good. Everything is there you will need. It would be very easy to get accounting teams onboard technically speaking. It's very simple to use overall. The pricing is below average in the industry based on my research. Considering you can have up to five users per account for under fifty U.S. dollars per month is great. That's a lot below any competitor in terms of multi-user pricing so far but I haven't checked them all out yet. The individual user pricing is slightly above average at $14 per month but includes unlimited documents so is still very good value. I like a lot of smaller details available in RightSignature such as in a multi-signature document when each signer having a different highlight color, or the fact the signer doesn't need to have a RightSignature account in order to sign documents. And that it leads documents signers right through the process step by step when signing a document. As well as the custom branded signature page option, account analytic reports and open API use. My understanding is that customer support is very helpful and that they offer one on one coaching for clients which is great, though I haven't had any need to test this directly yet. You can also embed contact forms into your website using RightSignature and view an audit history in the back-end. RightSignature is secured with SSL technology and uses a digital fingerprints security feature as well which would give me peach of mind as a customer. And like the idea of using RightSignature for contractors, clients and even in to send out human resources hire packages which need signing.

My first impression of the interface was that is seemed slightly packed with information for a digital signature software. But it only took a minute or so before I had the lay of the land and then sent my first document and signed it within the next few minutes. No problem. The online form editor could be improved. It doesn't feel completely developed to its full potential. Setting up hundreds of documents at once with the correct fields would be a bit time consuming, I believe this could be made more streamlined and intuitive as well.

RightSignature is digital signature software as a service with extensive features making it a powerful option for all sized companies who want to cut printing, paper, time and energy costs. RightSignature makes it dead simple to save massive time, along with money for the costs associated with obtaining signatures the old way, which may still always required by certain clients but is not efficient compared to this solution. I've been trying as many similar software as possible to learn the best. And RightSignature is right up near the top.
