RightSignature

Our organization uses RightSignature - the leading player in electronic signature market and it is fairly simple and easy to use. All it needs is a working knowledge of uploading a pdf, signature fields and send it electronically. It is also environmentally friendly hence no need to fax or post paper documents to and fro. There is also the autosave feature for saving the documents on the fly.Overall, I find it as a great tool for contracts and similar documents which require approval signature.

RightSignature can improve upon its security features and also look into unsecured transmission of files. Also there are some staff who are reluctant to use electronic signature owing to limited box sizing so if the software tools improves on that aspect that would be great. Also few of our colleagues observed that documents were only saved on the system for a limited amount of time. The uneven text sizing can also be a bit of challenge.

As most companies, whether big or small are using electronic forms for doing business - the electronic signature tools are here to stay and Rightsignature is one of the leading players in the market. It is very simple and RightSignatures is working out new things to improve continuously on making the benefits of making the signatures easier. This tool is also cost effective and I especially like the signature color variations thus uniquely identifying each signer.
