What was the best part about using RezEasy?

Many features at a fair price. I especially like the ability to pay a one time license fee. This is a huge saving over companies charging monthy fees. Very good after sales service and comprehensive user manual. The program does everything that we need. Hallisoft installed the system for us and all we had to do as enter our data.

What would you change about your experience with RezEasy?

It's difficult to find a downside to using the system. We previously had an old Windows based system in our office so there was a bit of a learning curve to transfer to a new program. But RezEasy is much more sophisticated and a 100 times more capable so the change over is definitely worthwhile.

Overall Feedback

Using a web based system means that we didn't have to replace our aging office server so the program paid for inself almost immediately. Ongoing costs will be a fraction of the cost of our old system. This is a real value for money PMS and so far (after 9 months of use) has proved 100% reliable.
