What was the best part about using RezEasy?

RezEasy is an excellent property management software that covers all bases. It helps me and my team run a small hotel as well as restaurant with absolute ease and it's also extremely affordable compared to other PMS programs in the market today. The interface is simple and there is no steep learning curve. Our team can manage reservations of all kinds with the ability to add meals, extra charges, and even save guest details for filing. These features are normally found in pricey state-of-the-art programs but RezEasy does it all at a fraction of the price!

What would you change about your experience with RezEasy?

I hope they get more creative and flexible with customizing certain features; currently customers still don't get to choose multiple add-ons. I also encountered some problems installing this on Windows but their customer support staff sorted that out quickly. Other than that, RezEasy is a total breeze to work with.

Overall Feedback

If you are on a budget but need an efficient property management system, there is no need to look much further than RezEasy. Most of these kinds of programs on the market cost an arm and a leg, but RezEasy has been amazing from the start - even their after sales service is excellent. There is no need to spend days setting up the program because it only takes a while and once all the data is in, it gives you enough time to focus on business.
