ResponseTap is a great calltracking and web analytics tool which provides a faster and a more efficient way to promote business through the use of pay per click systems. ResponseTap offers a call scoring feature which proves the real number of sales and revenue that is the result of pay per click in an easier way.

ResponseTap’s actual user interface requires a bit of work. It is very hard to report and set up campaigns sometimes and needs to have better explanation and labeling. An in depth set of reports from the system is definitely needed as the scope for reporting is quite limited. Hopefully they make some improvements soon.

Overall, ResponseTap is a very handy product as it gives us visibility over the success of our campaigns. We are able to monitor campaign errors and this allows us to create better and more reliable marketing strategies which could help us focus on things concerning budget and resource. Definitely recommended.
