Perfect software for tracking inbound phone calls. Plus it has some great web analytic tools, which has helped increase traffic to my website. Marketing was something that I was not good at, but Response Tap has helped me, and I know have better control over my efforts. I am pleased with the way this software functions.

I have not had any issues yet. The one time I did have questions I called customer support and they were very friendly. They answered all of my questions, and had me up and running again in no time. If I do experience issue, I will get back to you. Right now, I find this software to be one of the best.
