I like Resource Datamine’s ability to quickly rake resume data from emails and job portals; and also its option to upload resumes in bulk. Its built-in customizable recruitment path prevents candidate confusion and allays anxiety. I especially like how Resource Datamine allows businesses to setup clear service-level-agreements (SLA); again, eliminating vagueness and preventing misunderstandings from the outset.

There is neither a free trial offered, nor pricing list available on their website. The analytics and charting seem a little too cluttered for my tastes. Resource Datamine’s Notifications, SMS Alerts and Activity List functions should have more options (e.g., staggered, situational or event-prompted, etc.). Tech specs are not outlined. Installation procedures (i.e., widget, API, Java script, etc.), compatibility with existing HRIS software, or migration capabilities from other legacy gopher, crawler, or scrubber software is not specified.

It’s clear posting of job requirements and definable SLA’s promote transparency and prevents future misunderstandings for all concerned.
