As one of the most affordable solutions out there, ResEngine was rather joyful to try out. Having guest management tool tailored for resorts and recreational uses, the insightful booking notes and booking activities is very helpful. By the way, as one of the few, they have 24/7 customer support which means you’ll never be left in trouble!

Compared to some other similar software’s, I’d say ResEngine is not as feature-packed as you could hope for (for example, not having payment processing nor group reservations). Also, they don’t provide a free trial which can be a downside at some point, in case you’d like to give it a try risk-free.

I can see ResEngine being amazing fit for especially resorts thanks to the activities booking and great guest management feature. Being also very affordable, it can solve the needs for smaller businesses without being a huge investment. However, it is easy to use and all-in-all very nice tool to give a try to.
