Request Tracker

It is a versatile software that covers different testing to software thus initiates faster rate of analyzing issues. Since we started using request tracker, all our systems issue got responded pretty quickly and not only that we are better guided with our workflow process thus we have no huge issues we need time to address.

Request Tracker offers a lot of functionalities thus making yourself comfortable using the software is not too easy, although all functionalities are truly critical and helpful for us. I would love to see training modules or if possible if they could offer in house trainings for us to better utilize all functionalities of the software.
