What was the best part about dealing with Reply App?

Powerful email marketing platform that targets inbound and outbound, trial and existing customers through autopilot, highly personalized email campaigns, one email at a time, in a drip email series with valuable features that make this an amazing choice for small to mid-size businesses as well as freelance contractors. This is one of my favorite business software. ReplyApp will greatly increase sales productivity. I've personally used this service to grow my business and have referred three businesses so far who are enjoying the same. There are email features available using this software I've found in only one other email marketing software platform. The ability to send as your own domain email or your Gmail using email templates which are easily setup. It emails prospects one at a time, not in bulk. It provides an opt-out link at the bottom of each email. The software utilizes a drip email setup and will automatically stop sending follow up emails once a prospect replies so you can be in touch via email or on the phone if that's the case, or automatically not follow up any further if that's the contact's preference. And provides analytic reports that show how your email marketing efforts are doing in nice detail. The contact manager allows for quickly searching the contact database. Importing contacts are simple via CSV with options provided for enabling personalization. Can be setup to automatically identify and remove duplicate contact information when importing. It optimizes marketing campaigns with email scheduling based on a prospect's time zone and integrates with popular CRM's to import contact instantly with Reply, click through rates and open tracking. Split testing emails is a new feature to learn which is working best for your marketing campaign and set the custom delay between sending each email. Automatic email reply classification, automatic email follow up automatic pause of contacts that reply. Personalize each email using tags to replace choice of keywords with personalized words. And identify and file out of office emails and bounced replies to file them automatically. It's easy to create, edit and share email templates. I've connected multiple email accounts using my own domain or client domain email servers, Gmail or other. Gmail, Mandrill, Exchange and other email servers are supported. Connect email accounts to custom email server via SMTP and IMAP for inbound and outbound settings. And view awesome campaign performance results over time and learn campaign performance monthly, weekly, daily sent to email inbox of your choice. I love that you can schedule specific timing for sending emails including emailing during business hours, or not on holidays. Send emails based on contact's time zone. Prevents adding the same contacts to different email campaigns. Limit number of email sent to the same prospect per day or per week. I also extensively utilized the BCC function to link emails to your CRM. There's already Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close.io and over three hundred Zapier integrations. Oleg and his team are constantly updating the app. I love Reply for so many reasons. The ability to connect multiple email accounts including Gmail. And use these accounts to create personalized email sequences that are paused when prospects reply. All emails appear sent manually and have the opt-out link attached to each email. The ability to track email delivery, open rates, click through rates and response rate. Along with split testing email templates. It usually takes multiple emails to engage a prospect and Reply does this in a highly automated, yet personalized way.

What would you change about your experience with Reply App?

There is a learning curve when starting to use ReplyApp. I had to contact support to learn my Gmail wasn't syncing because of a certain security setting in Gmail which had to be adjusted. Support is outstanding by the way. Their support team and Oleg the owner are both friendly, helpful and prompt with their responses.

Overall Feedback

I can't say enough about Reply for email marketing. The new features that have been added since I started using ReplyApp are many and amazing. Such as integrating with over three hundred Zapier apps. And pulling contact from our Pipedrive CRM for example. Reply gets my highest recommendation for its ability to make cold, compliant email marketing super simple and extremely productive.
