Replicon is a time tracking and management software which is cloud based. It helps you to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget which is always good! I like the time capture and approval features a lot making it super easy for myself and colleagues to take care of this much quicker than a typical manual setup. The project customization and tracking features are quite good too. While you have a lot of management features and analytic reporting to with an audit history. The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive to explore and learn. All of the data widely available for multiple projects available in a click or two. I like the function which allow you to see the percentage complete for a particular task or project. The reporting features are quite strong robust analytics available to help management with a big picture view of all time based expenses available anytime. I like how easy it makes it to capture times for complete time periods which you can view on a single page and in detail with employee time's and activities tracked. You can also setup alerts and emails to be sent automatically reminding colleagues about deadlines. As a manager I like being able to do so much in a central dashboard like review and approve tasks for multiple reps in one page it's a huge time saver. You're much more productive with a central, consolidated way to view and take action on a lot of information at once. Reps find it easy to see all of their details and information including what's due now, or late and what have you. It's easy for them to review expenses and available balances too. You can setup approval paths so multiple people can take care of your approvals. It's an easy way to cut through the red tape so to speak because a path can go up the ladder automatically one approval at a time, and it just saves a lot of energy by doing this on autopilot. You can set this up to send out your approvals though to multiple people simultaneously as well; useful for approvals within a department. I especially like how team members can take care of their time off requests online so easily. Once again this is saving a lot of time and that is the best reason to consider Replicon or a similar time tracking and management software as a service. The scheduling functionality is quite clever and useful. It allows you to schedule staff much quicker than the old school manual way while you can share them easily via the mobile app.

It would be cool to have a custom feature where you can have a manager alerted when a project is at a critical point or almost complete. That would be a great way to keep an eye on multiple projects more efficiently. I've read downtime have been an issue in the past and know from direct experience how much negative impact this can have on your business. Especially considering Replicon serves as a critical tracking service which directs affects the bottom line it would be nice to never read reviews about this occurring but I'm new to the system and haven't experienced anything like this myself so far. There really isn't any asset or resource management available in your account. It would seem fitting to allow organized storage of relevant time tracking documents for your company but that's only my opinion.

This software saves a lot of time compared to doing this manually. This is the biggest benefit. But it also help to build trust with clients because of the transparency it grants in your business relationships. You can provide an accurate, clear report containing your billable hours. The software is relatively inexpensive considering the time it saves you and therefore the ROI is significant. The software itself is very easy to learn and begin using quickly so entire teams would have no problem getting onboard for the most part.
