1. RentPost is super easy to use, even if you’ve never touched property management software before 2. Rent collection is smooth, tenants pay online and I can see who’s paid at a glance 3. Owner statements are clean, clear, and make financials easy to explain 4. Built-in accounting tracks every dollar in and out without extra tools

1. The UI UX design is pretty old-school. I wish it had more modern features.

RentPost nails the core stuff. It’s clean, efficient, and handles day-to-day tasks without fuss. Would love some modern tools and designs, but for managing existing units and staying on top of payments and reporting, it’s honestly been great.
