What was the best part about working with RELA-TECH?

The best part about working here is the possibility of being independent pretty soon after joining. The company gives you trust and responsibility from the beginning, which helps you grow both professionally and personally. The team is supportive, the environment is positive, and there are always opportunities to learn new things. It’s a great place to build skills, gain experience, and feel valued for the work you do.

What would you change about your experience with RELA-TECH?

Improve internal communication by making information clearer and easier to share between teams, and provide more structured training programs that help employees learn their roles faster and develop their skills over time.

Overall Feedback

For me, working at Rela Tech has been a great experience. I was fortunate to start here as an intern two and a half years ago, and since then I have grown a lot and gained much more experience. Today, I feel more confident and skilled than ever.
