With the help of the software, we can do payment online. The online training tools are easy and clear to use and understand. The cost price is also affordable for all medium type of business. The customer support team is helpful and supportive which handle our queries with great care.

The email system sometimes becomes a burden and fails to work. They don't allow add images to the reports by clients which create and make it bulky for some users to track the paper receipts. The software even does not have any mobile application version. The cost is somewhere is more for the small type of business. They provide the free trial but in that there is no such feature are there which we have after buying it. I think they should improve and provide us advanced features so that large type of organization can use it.

Regpack is well-designed software which makes online registration so easily. They have good customer and technical support care. The reporting feature also works so well for my event work. We can share, customize and create reports to more than one team. We can track the client updates. It has great filter tools too. It is a user-friendly tool as allows sending emails to applicants. It is suitable for the small and medium type of organization. But I think they should provide the mobile application for the user. Otherwise, it is good event management software.
