Thanks to amazing reporting features you can easily keep track on everything while at the same time, member database and directory is intuitive and payment processing functions like a well-oiled machine. As one of the great benefits it has, the customer support is wonderful and helpful at any times!

What stands out for me the most on its’ downsides (not that there is that many of those to choose from), is the customization that I find to be rather basic and it could be developed quite much further from the state it is at right now. The other issue you might encounter is that e-mailing the support team is not the best idea as they might not notice it – other than that, the customer support team is actually great.

Regpack’s intuitivism and ease of using makes it definitely one of the leading online registration systems. Not only packed with wide skill-set, it is supported by accurate functionality and equally amazing customer support. There’s not much to say for its’ downsides so definitely give them a try with your next event!
