Regpack

There are quite a few good tools in the market offering event registration solutions and solidly focusing on implementing workflow automation to automate the registration and undoubtedly Regpack is a leading player in the business. I especially liked the user friendly interface which is used to build any event landing site solidly. The HTML WYSIWYG editors are state-of-the art and it can help in quick copy and creation of new sites. There is also the Free Trial on offer to make oneself familiarize with most of the features of this product and definitely is a feather in the cap.

I think the product itself is very good however in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the Google docs integration. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time. I also found that the navigation among the modules quite complex. Few of our colleagues also reported that that it currently does not have scalability to allow for the customizing of the entire registration process. In addition, the documentation features leave a lot to be desired and the Reporting features are still 'Work in Progress'.

Our organization has been using Regpack for quite some time and we are now able to create stable customized event pages and registration process totally compatible with the technology.. This facilitates registrants for our events while not having to start absolutely from scratch. It would have been a tedious process if we ourselves were to do both the landing pages and registration on our own website. Thanks to Regpack, we can now build a pages and utilize the registration process before connecting it with anything else. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with. The integration with other applications is seamless and very user friendly.
