Refindly CRM is a great online customer relationship tool especially to those people who are in the realty industry. This tool is very comprehensive and personalized software that integrates both sales and marketing automation. It also provides field service solution. The best thing about this CRM is it allows one to manage buyers, sellers and leads effectively and maximizes all the leads in real time is such a brilliant feature. The software design and system is very user friendly and great to use. Its lead management module allows agents to access their database virtually from any internet connected device making it more accessible for them anytime and anywhere.

Currently, I cannot find any drawbacks for this software. It is very efficient especially the timeline features that organizes contacts in chronological order. It also offers an option for the user to see the interaction made to a specific client. Refindly also work in partnership with other email platforms such as Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail and Live thus providing an easier way to communicate with clients.

Being in the Realty industry is not a walk in the park. It requires dedication and full effort on the part of the real estate agents. It is only right and imperative to have software and tools such as Refindly to make the whole process a lot easier. Refindly has been the most innovative company that has created a product and a tool which has been very beneficial to the real estate industry. I cannot imagine how it would be more magnificent in the future.
