What was the best part about using RedHorse CRM?

You can easily access the lead data and see the sales metrics in the dashboard that uses graphs and charts. It is also an advantage that the software is integrated in different platforms such as Gmail, Quickbooks, Constant Contact, and Microsoft Outlook that allows you to send quotes and bills and sync the calendar.

What would you change about your experience with RedHorse CRM?

The software has a poor user interface compared to other CRM software. It is also hard for you to decide having the software because it is not yet popular and reviews are limited. It would be better that relevant information about the software will be presented as well as more customer reviews.

RedHorse CRM is definitely something that you have to try for your business if you want to improve the connection you have with your customers. You can stay connected with them because it also has its mobile version and accessible in iOS and Android devices. You can easily access your account, contacts, and calendars.
