The compliance with industry standards and requirements needs to be seriously improved. The mobile application is clunky, it needs a lot of improvements. The user interface is not very intuitive, too many options scattered around may confuse new users. The server speed is very slow from time to time, it can be frustrating. I would like to see a feature that will alert you when you have an error in your data.
