REDCap is a secured web application that could assist businesses with managing and building surveys done online. This is best to use by those in the field of marketing like us to know the needs and wants of your target market to better service them and provide what they need. I am very happy that we are using the software to ensure that we get what we need to execute better marketing strategy.

I do not have too many dislikes with the software, the learning curve I had using the software is a bit long but after getting myself familiar with the navigation and all, I do not have any issues and find myself very comfortable using and navigating the entire screen. I am just completely happy that we use REDCap for our survey requirements.

Getting feedbacks from customers is truly essential and critical thus it is best that you have RED Cap to continuously help you provide your customers what they need. The data that I could generate using REDCap is detailed enough for me to know how to properly execute our team’s marketing strategies. This is a great platform to those who are in the marketing industry.
