What was the best part about using RecruitBPM ATS Applicant Tracking system?

What a price they have! I mean, not only do they have a free standard version which isn't too shabby at all, the full version is $39/mo. For that you get full scale integration with Microsoft, resume search and application management and not to forget their social recruiting of course. Top-notch solution!

What would you change about your experience with RecruitBPM ATS Applicant Tracking system?

If there's one thing to point out as a flaw, it would be the lack of any real training or support, especially if you are an international customer who might not reach their sales reps that easily. Fortunately, the interface is pretty straightforward so in the end you shouldn't have much worries.

Overall Feedback

If you are running a small company or a starting business (or just value a very good deal), then this is hands down the best there is. It has every single tool you need and then some, CRM and even career portal. It can handle the applicant process froms start to finish!
