Rebecca's house has grown and changed, over the years, to provide full-service eating disorder treatment modalities for multiple levels of care to support sustainable recovery. While we must focus on food up to the point of medical stability and maintenance, our primary focus is on the addictive-compulsive thinking about food, weight, and body image and the underlying issues that drive perfectionism and anxiety. These issues are the debilitating causes that those suffering from eating disorders find themselves trapped in a prison in their minds, and are often missed by most treatment providers. Our clients take that long road from their head to their heart and start filling the void as they take the journey back to self that has separated them from their eating disorder so that it is no longer who they are, rather something they can overcome. In addition, they are able to start to live the life are meant to live and love who they are in letting go of the shame and guilt that once held them hostage.
