When discussing a web-based platform, I think one of the stand-out characteristics in my book is the appearance of it – let’s be honest, it is very hard to use a software if the interface is plain. Another thing standing out is the customer service who is always friendly and there to quickly fix any issues you might have.

You’d be surprised to hear this but it can be rather hard to comprehend right away – even though the interface looks very good and is designed to be as easy as it can, the extent of tools makes it somewhat hard to comprehend at first. Therefore you should be aware there could be a longer learning curve involved! At the same time I find the training options could be enhanced in order to ensure easier learning.

If you are a little more tech-savvy then you shouldn't have any issues, however if you are a small-time user, you might find the need to take a little more time with getting to know the software. All-in-all though its' an excellent feature to have and it will most likely be the only one you will ever need!
