We often have to broadcast our service quality and improvement to our clients and also with the bookkeeping process we use to show the monthly reports about our clients business performance based on their General ledger and Balance sheet for which we use webinars which help us to bring all the members of the board in a single line. Even we can able to broadcast the video for those who haven't attended the webinar.

Customization is difficult to deal with the ReadyTalk and even its registration page are horrible to mention. However, it allows us to connect our marketing automation landing pages to our registration page so that it helps us to give a better start for those who register. Confirmation page is also not a super but pretty basic page.

ReadyTalk helps us in the main course of webinars without giving any failure in broadcasting. It may hard to customise but it gives the confidence to rely on the application regarding the optimising the viewers need to the listening experience. Even it does delay in starting the application for the viewers but it's not a big issue since it just does it for a few seconds.
