I've read that product updates are on the slower side. At least they have integrated LinkedIn which is often missing based on my research into similar tools. The interface is really intuitive and very easy to use but I've read it can be slow and sometimes have lag issues. So far I've only noticed very briefly and perhaps it was the connection on my end. It would be helpful to see a history of changes made by team members. So I'm always up to date without having to refer to an external source.

Raven Tools are an outstanding combination of useful data in one location. Not only for SEO, but PPC, content marketing and social media too. Making it a useful software for marketing campaigns in general not just SEO. It may be easy for someone to get caught up in the amount of amazing data that Raven Tools provides but overall it's definitely worth the money they are asking. As it is going to drastically reduce the time spent logging into various other tools for analytics, market research and analysis.
