The system is very easy to understand and get started with. It's also highly flexible as far as generating reports. The site analysis tools are very helpful as well. The site analysis tools have been great to share with clients as far as what needs to be improved on their site. The new upgrades to the report UI is very nice. Being able to pull in social with traffic is nice as well. I've used other tools and none have been as full featured at the same price point.

Not to much I can say that I dislike, hopefully one day they will add Bing Adwords to it. There are not many things I dislike. The Raven team is always on top of any bugs or issues and do a great job at responding to report tickets and solving problems. Just Can be a little slow at times when creating reports manually, layout can be confusing if you are not used to the website.
