What was the best part about dealing with Ranksharks?

Ranksharks is extremely knowledgeable with the Facebook Ad Network. I can't speak for their other services, but we saw amazing results with our Facebook campaign.

What would you change about your experience with Ranksharks?

Our team was in close communication with Ranksharks but it would have been nice if they had a client portal. We also do some marketing with WPromote, and although their service level is similar to Ranksharks, we do like their analytics portal. Ranksharks does phone calls and emailed reports which can sometimes be time consuming.

Overall Feedback

Overall, of the 10+ Marketing companies we've worked with, Ranksharks gets an A+. Communication is tough with an outside agency. The fact that Ranksharks can communicate and deliver is very very hard to find in an agency.
