This for me was a middle of the road software. It has some good features and is appropriate for small or mid-sized businesses. There is no free trial, which would be nice so you could see if the software is right for your company. It does what it is suppose to, but I feel it lacks in feature offerings.

Overall feature offerings are not comparable to others on the market. I feel like it is a bit outdated, and needs to be upgraded. It does help vamp up SEO, but not as user friendly as I would like it to be. The customer support team is one of the best that I have encountered, so they do have that going for them.

Customer service is fantastic, and that is helpful when encountering issues. There are some good features, but they are a bit outdated. It does its job, but the results are not as reliable as competitor software. I think the price is good, but it lacks in functionality. It could be a great software with some updates.
