What was the best part about using Ramco EAM on Cloud?

Ramco Asset management platform has a sleek and user intuitive user interface that makes navigating its features a pleasant experience. Settings and advanced option are found quite easily since the platform is self-explanatory and does not require too much training. Ramco asset management software integrates well with Financial software and HCM.

What would you change about your experience with Ramco EAM on Cloud?

Ramco asset management software is available on the cloud, therefore, it is accessible over the internet using any device since it is responsive and mobile friendly. Ramco has delivered native applications for mobile devices for iOS and Android. There is no apparent negative feedback and experience from other customers and users of Ramco EAM.

Overall Feedback

Ramco has a very good customer service, the support guys are very responsive and useful. Ramco support has made training and learning resources accessible. Ramco EAM asset management comes within the full ERP suite, therefore, it works perfectly with other platforms from the same company. Ramco features iRIS integration services.
