You can create graded and outcome based surveys. They have a tips section you can enable or disable easily which guides you through the process of creating your surveys. It's easy to add media files to your surveys. It's easy to embed quizzes using the code they provide you, or utilize their Wordpress plugin if you're using that content management system. The software allows you to share quizzes as well on multiple social media networks and redirect that traffic back to your site. Hashtags can be utilized on your surveys with Twitter as well as your handle. You can present offers using their quizzes. You can also do lead generation by capturing email addresses via their MailChimp integration. You can customize various fields on your survey including fonts and backgrounds. Quizzes can be exported including leads and responses via CSV spreadsheet. Webhooks can be utilized to send data to specific URL's though there are auto redirect and share redirect URL capabilities. There is a rich text editor to format content. Surveys look great too.

There is a bit more of a learning curve to this survey software compared to others. It's not extremely complicated at all but it's not completely intuitive either compared to their competition in my opinion. While I appreciate the free forever plan which has a lot of value, the paid plans are a significant jump in price at three hundred per year and an enterprise plan. And there are no monthly plans available.

This company has many marquee clients on board using their software which validates its credibility certainly. The pricing is rather exclusive in my opinion in that there are quite a few features left out of the lower plans. And a monthly option would be nice as it's possible for some organizations, including ours, to only want to run surveys during certain months of the year. Though the free plan does have a lot of unlimited quizzes and engagements which provide excellent value and I appreciate that.
