This is definitely a good place to store all files you need. This is a good software to organize all your files. You will never go wrong with Qvidian to help you keeping your files organized. This has been a big help for our company especially that we are working on a lot of different files that we need to keep for records purposes. And the features offers are very useful and helpful. This is effective for any size of businesses. The customer service are great.

There is something that I want to see improvement and that is the software faster response in instances that I needed to store larger amount of files. This does not happen all the time but there are few instances that it does and it really consumed a lot of our employees time.

Overall, I highly recommend usage of this software to companies handling a lot of files and documents. It really provided us with great help and the performance of the software overall is good enough for the cheap rates they offer. Definitely a great storage software to keep all our needed files for future use or possible future reference.
