Adding your social media accounts is easy. I appreciate the tour it gives you upon logging into your account to learn the basics of your account as it covers all of the basic functionality in your account. They have all of the major networks covered including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ which is good. The user interface is well laid out and intuitive to navigate. There are predefined dashboards and custom dashboards available. Adding widgets to your dashboard is simple which creates your high level overview, with the ability to export them as PDF or Excel files. Widgets include key metrics tables and radar, fan distribution and post level analysis. You can search for multiple brands from the suggestion box and it lets you know which accounts are authenticated. I like being able to enter any URL in order to pull in data from the profile regardless of whether you're the admin simply by entering a URL. The ability to add your competitor profiles this quickly and learn of competition you may not have previously discovered is excellent. You can add bulk profiles and utilize Facebook insights as well. Engagement metrics are measured breakdown interaction rate daily for your profiles and your competition and recommends when the best performance times are. It gives hourly breakdowns for your Facebook pages. It also gives you the breakdown of most active users for Facebook and Twitter. Grouping your competitors together makes it easy to analyze them against your own progress.

The ability to add your competitor profiles wasn't made as clear as other similar softwares I've tried. I realize it's all over their website salescopy, but others specifically direct you to add competitor profiles initially. It could be pointed out more directly when adding profiles that this includes your competitors in my opinion. They could also place Add Group to their Tour in order to save a bit of digging around initially but both of these issues are very minor. I find the amount of profiles included in their lower plans to be quite limiting. I've found more offered for slightly less per month in other similar services. Real time analytics would be great as I've discovered this elsewhere. And hashtag based analytics would be useful to have also.

This software makes it easy to test and measure your social media performance, benchmark you progress and obtain visual analytics which help provide insight into your campaigns. It's very user friendly and the ability to quick search your competition stands out as a strong feature compared to other similar social media benchmarking and analytics software I've tried recently. I find the pricing to be quite high for the number of profiles you can add particularly in the lower levels of their paid plans. Though otherwise, it's quite a solid tool to monitor and analyze your social media activity certainly.
