QuickPractice

QuickPractice has a 30-day free trial that gives all functionality as a paying customer and saves your information and preferences, so it’s all there if you decide to purchase the software. I like that QuickPractice has three versions to choose from (i.e., Standard, Deluxe, and Professional), so I can select the right fit and the right price. All options are upgradable; and if you opt at the outset to buy their all-inclusive Service and Support Plan, all future upgrades are free.

There are no Mac or Unix versions of QuickPractice. It only runs on Windows. Pricing is based on a per user license (I personally feel this is an archaic and unenforceable model). After paying $599 for a single user Standard license, additional users will cost $200. Multi-lingual capabilities, legacy compatibility, migration capabilities are not mentioned. Archival Financial data cannot be converted and imported into QuickPractice.

QuickPractice has been around since 1988 and has been easing the medical administration burdens since then. QuickPractice can reduce claims rejections from the industry standard of ~32% to 2%, or as they claim, even down to 1%. The software is continually updated to reflect new standards, regulations, and requirements in reporting and medical knowledgebase stewardship. This agile yet comprehensive package should be on your short list for chiropractic office solutions.
