works most of the time. Currently I have down loaded the back statements and it has lost a transaction. I now need to contact an expert to find the missing transaction. How it can have the correct bank balance but miss at $10,000 transaction is beyond me. Since the only Australian support is an American ph number I am at a loss.

twice a week I have to reconfirm my ID to get into my account. Really irritating. going to change at end of financial year. Support is NIL. I am not ringing america from Australia!!!! The rules also seem to work most of the time, but occasionally go wrong. The only fix is to manually fix the transaction. Plus to attach an invoice to a transaction is horribly tedious and slow. Try it and see.

Until they give you support in Australia just avoid them! And this stupid idea that you need to confirm your identity every few days slows me down and is pointless. Plus the only reason I use the software is for the ATO. But the ATO wants different information, so I have to pull the reports apart to get the information I need.
