It is also very user-friendly with its wide range of features that are accessible to multiple users, including limited access roles to auditors that can view my records online. I can bill my clients directly through the professional invoice. The Quickbooks Online is also a very portable tool since it could be accessed via mobile making it convenient to take business trips while still being able to track your business operations. It was able to cater the ever increasing demand of organized recording of invoices, expenditures, and taxes. I am also able to output documents with flexibility based on my set parameters. One notable thing is that it can be used by someone who has very limited accounting knowledge. It does away with the sophistication of paper-based accounting that often intimidates entrepreneurs with no accounting experience. An additional plus to the breadth of functions of QuickBooks is a 30-day trial version where you can get used to the system first before putting in your actual financial statements.

QuickBooks should consider working on their technical support by working and learning from customer raised issues in the past. Also, the accounting plus payroll function comes in a bit costly price. Setting it up might require some patience so it is indeed advisable to go through the tutorial comprehensively and subject yourself to the free thirty days trial period.

In summary, I found it as a time-saving tool where vast amounts of financial information can be stored, monitored and processed through a wide range of features and functions without the need of extensive accounting background thus making it ideal for startup business, small and medium operations, and first timers in business management.
