The user interface is intuitive and well laid out. It integrates well with many of the other product our time clock and its program, Square and ShopSite. has a Accountants copy feature.

There are complaints of the software crashing and loosing the data including database! Software version updates are bad, meaning the each version of the software has so many changes, this results in the learning curve increases. This problem also reflects in the community support, what works as a fix for one version does not work in another version.

QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed, geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses. QuickBooks is designed to be simple to use regardless of your level of formal accounting experience. However, it also supports traditional accounting methodologies and is compatible with TurboTax business software, and most accountants are familiar with QB file formats.
