Querybot

I like querybot’s simplicity. Its main objective is providing businesses a quick and easy method for creating an intelligent knowledge-based FAQ system on their company’s website. The interactive system instantly answers repetitive customer questions and updates the customer query knowledgebase on a 24 days a week, 7 days a week basis.

Querybot requires a minor alteration in the websites code. A snippet of HTML code is placed in one or several pages of the website. This raises some security issues with me and I would need reassurance from querybot that other company information - much of which is confidential in nature - is safeguarded; and the customer data that they host is managed in compliance with standard retention rules.
