I like that Quark supports PSD documents, audio, video and Flash files. The user interface is clean and easy. It is straightforward and simple, all the basic tools are centered and right in front of you. It works well with different languages, other than English. It is very flexible and it has the features to make very professional documents.

The validation process is buggy for many users. It is popping up the error messages. They should speed up the process with updates, it takes forever to get the next version. There is some room for improvement in drawing features, they seem to be a bit limited. I would like to see the ability to use page layouts when creating web pages.

In addition to all of this, Quark is cheaper and easier to work with, when compared to its alternatives. I would highly recommend this product, especially for freelancers and small companies.
