Since its cloud based, you can Access the program whereever you are situated, so you can use it whenever your Clients have tasks or questions. There are other survey programs with better design and more options, but i think that Qualtrics' combination of features and the fact that its easy to use, makes it a very powerfull tool to use

Many hosted software programs like Qualtrics, is still evolving. Some of the features which is available in the online version, are not available in the offline mobile app. But hopefully they will be one day. A good thing is, that they listen to whatever feedback you give them and often update the program with new features.
