Qualtrics

What I mostly like about Qualtrics is how easy and at the same time creative it can be. You need only very little coding added to be able to introduce any changes you want and to make your surveys to excel among others. The performance is really fast and there is almost no download time. Qualtrics has allowed us to turn many manual processes into automated.

Qualtrics is still developing and it is moving in the right direction. However, there is much work to be done yet. Now the offline mobile app lacks some features that are available in the online version, and I hope it will be fixed soon. Apart from this, I do not have any particular dislike as the platform works as it should and the support team is always there to help in case of some minor issues that may appear.

Both the quality of Qualtrics and the professionalism of its support team are very impressive. Qualtrics makes your work fast and simple. It has allowed us automatization in the areas that required much manual work, like sending emails and follow up, for instance, and has much improved our reporting capabilities since the reporting's time has decreased significantly. Qualtrics provides plenty of question types and is highly flexible by all means. Using Qualtrics you can launch any survey you need and the data you get back is easy to read. It's really an easy mean to gather information. The platform allows for offline data collection which is extremely helpful sometimes.
