Qualtrics

Qualtrics is amazing for it's extremely simple user interface and ability to collect and analyze data without knowing anything about coding. Using Qualtrics has possibly been the best professional decision our company has made - you can get to know the program easily which makes it perfect for using among multiple employees (even if they have no experience with data collection what-so-ever). This program gives a whole new meaning to a survey - this is a professional-grade program that for us, is the only program we need for benchmarking, researching client behavior and creating market scans.

I must say, even though Qualtrics is very easy to use, at some times you might find the survey interface is a little underdeveloped - like for example, the "submit" button on every page is a little confusing (rather it could be simply "next") and the reporting functionality needs some work - at the moment, it is a little rough.

Qualtrics is by far my favourite program for a professional-grade data collecting. It is very easy to learn and use, data is secure, diverse segmentation and ability to conduct even more complex surveys make the program a delightful addition to your "professional toolbox". As I have to run market scans on a daily basis, the market segmentation and benchmarking support make this program my go-to tool almost every day!
