What was the best part about using Qualtrics?

The best part of Qualtrics was their platform before Summer 2016. The previous user reviews complimented how seamless and easy to use it was. It was! You could create surveys and reports very easily. The customer service was stellar; quick, intelligent, friendly. All of that is irrelevant because they changed their platform and now it is borderline unusable. As a market researcher who spends 90% of their day using Qualtrics, it has been a nightmare.

What would you change about your experience with Qualtrics?

Features that used to work great are gone. Simple tasks are now impossible because of tech glitches with their interface. While it used to be praised for its simplicity, it is now overly complex. Customer service does not know what is going on, is slow to respond, and seems to be left out to dry.

Overall Feedback

They ruined a fantastic product with an unnecessary platform upgrade that was seemingly made for update's sake.
