Qualtrics is an amazing application which is used for Customer Service. Using Qualtrics you can engage with your customers. This is really helpful when your customers are your first priority. Qualtrics can also be use to conduct surveys. With its advance survey mechanism you can quickly conduct surveys which later on would be helpful for decision making. Qualtrics offers surveys in more than 30 categories including IT. So overall it is a great tool for both Customer Service and Surveys.

Qualtrics is a bit expensive software when you consider it for surveys but it is feasible when you take it as Customer Service Software. There are many survey conducting software which allows you to conduct surveys in many categories. Currently Qualtrics offers more than 30 categories when when you at its competitors like SurveyMonkey, it offers Survey in more than 50 categories. Apart from it is a good tool with easy to use interface.

Overall I like the way it is working as a customer service software. You can do a number thing using Qualtrics. For example you can pull to reports easily. You can also import and exports your email contacts into Qualtrics. It is a perfect tool which can be used with any Browser. I am currently using it on my iPhone with Google Chrome and it is working fine.
