What was the best part about using PureChat?

This is a live chat software as a service you can use to engage in communication with visitors, ascertain referral sources as well as their location which I had considered for multiple projects recently. It's very easy to implement on your website whether by embedding the code they give you or utilizing one of the freely available plugins for Wordpress, Shopify and more which is terrific. You can also utilize Zapier to integrate hundreds more software services online which is awesome. I like that you can have multiple conversations concurrently. This is one feature which whether it was possible in other similar software that either was not available or was not pointed out clearly so I appreciate it. It's collaborative in the sense you can invite other team members to chat with visitors and hold conversations with other team members also. There are native apps available for iOS and Android devices which makes it possible to offer remote support. You can collect transcripts of your conversations which is good to have this history available for multiple reasons. Support is included with all of their plans including the free plan which is great.

What would you change about your experience with PureChat?

I don't believe it's possible for users to add attachments to chats which is a great way to streamline troubleshooting as you or end users can attach screenshots for example. This would be okay for one of the projects as it not likely there would be troubleshooting but the other I have this software in mind for this feature is something I think is valuable based on experience as an end user of live chat software in the past. I would also like to see remote support as an advanced feature so with permission you can control an end user desktop in order to offer help directly. Whether it's for troubleshooting or to help educate someone in terms of training this is a feature which makes their competition slightly better for our particular use.

Overall Feedback

This is a very solid live chat software which offers incredible value in it's free forever plan and I greatly appreciate any company which empowers entrepreneurs during this growth stage of their business. It's also smart marketing as brand loyalty is built through this value and the likely that free users will upgrade is higher once the next level of business is reached. It has all of the basic features most industries could want including plugins for Wordpress or Shopify along with outstanding integrations through Zapier. Technical based companies which offer software support or training might want to consider another with the features I've mentioned above. And monthly pricing of their paid plans is a little higher than some of their competition, but it's an easy cost to justify in order to offer better service and support for your customers which at the end of the day results in a higher return on investment.
