This company was referred to me as one of the top rated SEO companies so I put them to the test during our research phase to see how they stack up against their competition which come highly recommended and rated as well. At first glance this company had a few good clients and a couple of solid testimonials which I appreciated. And the testimonials are named people as well which helps keep it real too. Others don't place names of the actual client or business and it's tough to believe they are genuine testimonials when you're just learning about a company. This company had a decent educational component as part of their presales strategy and I appreciated the value this offers for prospects. I especially liked that they take a technical approach to search engine optimization. Their SEO Woorank was seventy nine when I checked which was higher than the average of seventy five during my research so that was good to see as an indicator that they lead by example. I also appreciated this company was founded by a couple of former successful business people, this helped verify their expertise in their field. Their technology stack was quite sophisticated and this to me means they are active using current technologies which is a good sign. Their competition using shared Godaddy hosting and no analytics doesn't seem as profession in comparison.

They are not BBB listed though should be in my opinion. This facilitates immediate trust with prospects initially no question about it. Some of their competition has this and make them an easy choice in terms of presales criteria anyhow. The content they present as their sales copy seems intended for people with a very basic understanding of the industry like they assume I know nothing. Which is helpful for beginners I understand. But as prospect with experience in the field now wanting to have a team take care of this aspect for this start up it seems their current knowledge is not as advanced or specialized as their competition. Though while the content may be thin in this regard it does seem up to date and relevant. When I did further research online it was hard to find positive reviews but there were some very negative ones though they were quite old. One can only hope it's not currently the case and more positive reviews and a BBB listing would go a long way to help this companies reputation.

Despite their presales strategy lacking somewhat in terms of case studies available with key performance metrics I contacted them for a quote and to learn directly from their representative via their online submit form. Unfortunately I don't believe they reached back out to me unless they were one of the three voice mails I mistakenly deleted around this time and if so I apologize. But when searching my email and looking though it manually for their response I wasn't able to find anything from them. An email follow up would help their business in my opinion. I am not judging this company based on old reviews from digruntled employees yet there is a lack of transparency and case studies available up front compared to their competition. Though it's the lack of a response makes it difficult to recommend them currently.
